  • Rest the long handle of the trimmer along the edge of the jar for stability, and use the angled blades to make a clean cut.
  • Be sure to discard the trimmed wick, and never leave debris or burnt material in the jar.

CANDLE CARE PRO TIPS

A Guide to Maximizing Your Candle Experience ✨

Trim Your Wick. Trim your wick to 1/4" prior to each burn to ensure a cleaner burn, longer-lasting scent, and a soot-free experience.

Let it Burn. Once your candle is lit, let it burn for long enough that the melted wax reaches the edge of the jar.

Safety First. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and don't burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. Protect your surfaces by placing your candle on a coaster or tile. Lit candles should be kept away from drafts, grandma's favorite curtains, and things that can catch fire.

Restock. It's time for a new candle when less than 1/4"-1/2" of wax remains in the jar. This will keep your jar from overheating and reduce the chances of heat damage to your surfaces.

Recycle. Once your candle is gone, the jar can be cleaned out and reused endlessly. Be sure to tag us on Instagram so we can see how you gave your jar a second life!
