PRODUCTS
Lost Canyon candles are made an all-natural coconut wax blend, cotton wicks, and custom-blended fragrances infused with essential oils.
All of our ingredients are sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are cruelty-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free, and never tested on animals.
If you'd like to know more, we've written a little more extensively about the ingredients we currently use here.
Trim your wick to 1/4" prior to each burn (seriously, we can't stress this enough), and try to burn your candle in 3-4 hour intervals so that the melt pool has plenty of time to reach the edge of the jar. For more detailed information, we've put together a couple of tips and tricks to ensure you get the best (and safest!) burn from your candle. These can be found here or under the "Care & Safety" section of any product listing on our website.
If you are experiencing issues with burning your candle, please email us with a photo and a description of the issue and we would be happy to help troubleshoot.
ORDERS
We accept all major credit cards.
At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Once an order ships, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Yes, gift cards are available in increments of $25, $50, $75, or $100 and are delivered digitally to your email inbox immediately upon purchase.
Yes, if you are interested in re-selling or bulk ordering Lost Canyon products, please email us and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
SHIPPING
We currently ship to anywhere in the United States.
We do not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to do so in the future.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays) unless an order processing delay has been noted on the website. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but we are a small team and appreciate your patience!
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please be aware, once your package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We have no control over delayed deliveries and we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, just email us within 7 days with a photo and a description of the damage. So that we can get started on your refund or replacement order quickly, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line as follows:
LC123456 - Damaged Item
Any refund issued will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery; if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for used items, sale items, discontinued or limited edition items, gift cards, or items purchased through a third party.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us detailing the item(s) and the reason for your request. So that we can best assist you, please include your order number followed by your request in the subject line, for example:

Please return your items to Lost Canyon in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we are unable to process refunds or exchanges on items that arrive broken or damaged.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applied to returned products only and do not cover any original shipping fees. Additionally, we are unable to pay for return shipping at this time. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method when returning your product(s).

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
