PROCESSING
We pack and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but we are a small team and appreciate your patience!
Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes, but if you need a hand, don't hesitate to reach out. Email us at hello@shoplostcanyon.com with your order number and as many details as possible. Our small (but mighty!) team is here Monday through Friday and will do our best to help.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from Lubbock, Texas, and transit times typically range from 2-10 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your label is created. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once your order leaves our studio, we’re unable to control transit times or guarantee delivery. At this time, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages.
NEED IT SOONER?
We get it - some things just can't wait. For faster delivery, we offer UPS 2-Day Shipping within the contiguous U.S. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. Just remember to add our 3–5 business day processing window into your plans when selecting this option.
UPS 2-Day orders will arrive two business days after they ship from our studio. Orders placed late in the week (Thursday or Friday) may not arrive until Monday or Tuesday, as weekend delivery isn't available through UPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you ordered. If you aren't 100% satisfied, email us at hello@shoplostcanyon.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help get the process started - just be sure to include your order number or proof of purchase.
If you are experiencing an issue with a Lost Canyon product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine the best next step.
A few notes:
- Return shipping fees are not covered.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Discontinued scents, limited edition or vault releases, workshops, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your return is accepted, we'll send detailed instructions for sending your item back to us.
