Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
We proudly stand behind each of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery; if the item is unused and in its original condition.
We do require proof of purchase (ex. your Lost Canyon order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc.).
Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of delivery. So that we can get started on your refund or replacement order quickly, please include photos of the damaged item/s, the packaging it was shipped in, and your order number followed by the request in the subject line as follows:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for used items, discontinued or limited edition items, gift cards, or items purchased through a third party.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us detailing the item(s) and the reason for your request. So that we can best assist you, please include your order number followed by your request in the subject line, for example:
LC123456 - Exchange Request
LC123456 - Return Request
Please return your items to Lost Canyon in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we are unable to process refunds or exchanges on items that arrive broken or damaged.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applied to returned products only, and does not include any original shipping fees. Additionally, we are unable to pay for return shipping at this time. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method when returning your product(s).
Any refund issued will be processed back to the original form of payment, and we are not able to make any exceptions.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
